We are renovating the old Round Mountain School for use as a community center for our neighborhoods. This school dates from the early days of Texas, and this particular building was erected around 1929 to replace an older building which burned. Our work is proceeding with volunteer labor from the community and donations from friends and neighbors.

We need help! If you can donate any personal skills or professional services, or if you have any new or used materials you can donate to the project, please go to our donations page and get in touch with us.

Currently we need:
  • dry-wall sheetrock, 90-100 sheets
  • insulation, about 3,000 sq. ft.
  • joint compound for the dry-wall, 15 boxes
  • paint, 20-30 gals.
  • primer, 20 gals.
